Mohamed Battisha

Mohamed Battisha currently serves as the VP of Engineering - Data as a Service at WEX since March 2025. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at DAIA | سدايا from January 2023 to January 2024, Mohamed led technology enablement for the National AI Platform, focusing on AI data pipelines and analytics. At Salesforce, from January 2022 to January 2023, responsibilities included overseeing the cloud transformation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enhancing data architecture and security. As Director of Software Engineering at LinkedIn from January 2018 to January 2022, Mohamed managed the design of a scalable data infrastructure for high-volume transactions. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Leader at Pure Storage from January 2015 to January 2018, where critical development teams were guided to enhance AI-driven data workloads. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from The Wharton School and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Louisville.
