Rachel Pedersen

Rachel Marchfield Pedersen is an experienced product manager and operations leader with a strong background in managing teams and driving revenue growth through regulatory compliance and process improvements. Currently serving as Product Manager III at WEX since June 2021, Rachel coordinates with Scrum teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap objectives and solve high-value problems for internal Operations clients. Prior experience includes a significant role at benefitexpress, where Rachel managed over $3M in revenue as an Operations Product Leader and led a large client services team, enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Northern Illinois University and a Certificate in Data Analysis from College of DuPage. Additional training includes leadership courses focused on effective team management.
