Wexner Center for the Arts
Rebecca Lowery is currently the Curator of Exhibitions at the Wexner Center for the Arts since February 2025. Prior to this role, Lowery served as Associate Curator at MOCA | The Museum of Contemporary Art from June 2017 to February 2025. Lowery's earlier experience includes a position as Museum Research Consortium Fellow at The Museum of Modern Art from September 2014 to August 2015, and as Curatorial Assistant at the Grey Art Gallery, NYU, from September 2012 to May 2013. Lowery began a career in the art field as a Research Assistant at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from January 2011 to September 2012. Lowery holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from The Institute of Fine Arts, NYU.
