James Johnson

James Johnson has a diverse background in media and production, currently serving as a News Photographer at WFTV since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a News Producer and Photographer at KTAL NBC 6 News from August 2022 to August 2024, along with various positions such as Warehouse Associate at Rumsey Electric Co. and Sports Writer at Jersey Column. James began a notable career in media while working with WCU Weekly as a Sports Anchor and at WCU-R 91.7 The Curve as a DJ and Host. Early work experience includes cooking and baking roles at Marathon Grill and Philly Pretzel Factory. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an Associate of Arts in the same field from Delaware County Community College.
