Yemisi Oloruntola - Coates

Yemisi Oloruntola-Coates serves as the Chief Inclusion & Equity Officer at GBH since May 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in diversity and inclusion. Previously, Yemisi held the position of Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Baystate Health from November 2018 to April 2021. Prior roles include System Director of Diversity and Patient Care Civil Rights and Manager of Diversity at Lee Health from August 2007 to November 2018. Early career experiences include serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Consulate General of Japan and working as an English Language Teacher in Japan through the Jet Programme. Yemisi holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Global Strategic Management and International Relations from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric and English American Literature from Hofstra University.
