Tim Hayes

Tim Hayes currently serves as the North Carolina Regional Transportation Manager at WGI, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Tim was the Regional Transportation Design Manager at ATCS, P.L.C. from June 2017 to May 2022, and before that, held multiple roles at WSP USA, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Technical Principal from February 2009 to June 2017. Tim's professional journey also includes working as a Senior Project Manager at CALYX Engineers + Consultants from July 1996 to February 2009, and as the Roadway Design Group Leader at Carter and Burgess Consultants from July 1994 to July 1996. Early in Tim's career, experience was gained as the Roadway Design Squad Leader at NCDOT from July 1985 to July 1994. Tim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Drafting and Design from Catawba Valley Technical College.
