Currently serving as Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at WGM Engineering Ltd since September 2019, Scott acts as the main liaison between the design department and project management, overseeing multiple engineering resources and mentoring junior engineers. Scott previously held the role of Mechanical Design Engineer, successfully leading projects up to £15M and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior experience includes roles at BAE Systems as a Technical Publications Engineer, founding and directing Clayton Design Ltd, and working as a technician at Halfords. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University.
