Amy Ward obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Science from the University of Idaho, which they attended from 1997 to 2002. Amy Ward has also obtained several certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation, which they obtained in October 2018. In June 2018, they also acquired the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) certification from SHRM. Additionally, in March 2019, they completed the Advanced Training in Conflict Management from Kilmann Diagnostics. In January and February 2023, Amy Ward obtained SHRM Executive Network Memberships from the SHRM Executive Network.
