Emma Raeside is a Project Engineer at WGM GROUP, Inc. since February 2023, having previously served as a Staff Engineer at Allied Engineering Services, Inc. from January 2019 to January 2023. Emma's engineering career began with experience as a Research Assistant at Montana State University-Bozeman, focusing on root-microbe interactions in wetland ecosystems, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, providing support in hydraulics, hydrology, and environmental engineering courses. Additional experience includes an Assistant Leadership Director role at Camp Stella Maris, where leadership development programs were co-developed for youth, and a Seasonal Intern position at the Monroe County Department of Parks and Environmental Services, gaining insight into municipal wastewater treatment and environmental projects. Emma holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from the University of Vermont.
