Brian Elliott serves as the Manager of Corporate and Information Services for Whakatane District Council since April 2006, with responsibilities covering ICT, GIS, Information Management, and Customer Services. Previously, Brian held the position of Customer Services Manager at both Provenco and PEC (New Zealand) Ltd from 1994 to 2000, transitioning through a corporate acquisition. Brian also served as the Customer Services Manager for Taupo District Council from 2000 to 2006 and has been a Board Member for ALGIM since November 2019. Brian's educational background includes studies at EMTC from 2009 to 2010, attendance at Wanganui High School from 1984 to 1988, and early education at The Hurst in the UK from 1981 to 1984.
