Raymond Chung is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as both CTO and COO at Whale TV since April 2012, Raymond has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence. Prior to Whale TV, Raymond co-founded TCXA, where tenure lasted from 2010 to 2012. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant and Product Leader at Raqsoft Co., Ltd from 2008 to 2010. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Harbin University of Science and Technology.
