Tresa Wells has extensive experience in instructional design and learning development, currently serving as Group Manager, Instructional Design at Whataburger since August 2015. In this role, Tresa collaborates with senior leadership to assess learning needs for over 1,000 restaurants, leads design and development of training systems, and oversees the evaluation and ROI of learning programs. Tresa's previous experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Learning & Development at Hill Country Holdings, where responsibilities included assessing training needs across various operations and leading innovative learning events. Previous positions also include Sr. Manager of Learning Ops at The Scooter Store, Marketing Communications Manager at Micro Information Products, and Manager/Inside Sales at New Braunfels General Store. Tresa holds a BA in Psychology of Learning & Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word.
