Rebecca Sietman

Rebecca Sietman is an experienced academic in the field of communication, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Director of Forensics at Wheaton College since July 2008. Sietman specializes in public speaking, argumentation and debate, and communication research methods, while also coaching the debate team. Prior to this role, Sietman was an Assistant Professor of Communication at Cedarville University from 2003 to 2008 and worked as a Legal Assistant at Nancy Roberson Co., LPA from 1999 to 2002. Sietman's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication from The Ohio State University, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and a Master of Arts in Journalism from the same institution from 2000 to 2002, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Cedarville University earned from 1995 to 1999.
