Michael Ingram

Michael Ingram is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in user experience and research roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Wheel since May 2022, Michael previously held the position of UX Researcher at VidMob from April 2021 to May 2022 and at American Express from February 2020 to April 2021. Michael began his career at Warby Parker, where responsibilities included roles as a User Research Associate and as an Associate in Special Projects and Customer Experience from November 2015 to March 2019. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Appalachian State University, graduating in 2015.
