Wheeling Park District
Brien Halterman has been working in the field of parks and recreation administration for over 20 years, managing athletic programs and facilities at both Wheeling Park District and Arlington Heights Park District. Brien received their Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Administration from Illinois State University.
