Currently serving as the Superintendent of Marketing and Communications at Wheeling Park District, Juan C. also holds various positions at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Juan is currently pursuing a PhD in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Management and has a diverse educational background in business administration and marketing.
