Venkat Iyer

Venkat Iyer currently serves as SVP and Head of Product and Customer Experience at Wheelocity, where responsibilities include leading product strategy, customer experience innovation, and business transformation. Prior to Wheelocity, Venkat worked as an Independent Growth and Customer Experience Consultant at Supertails, delivering strategic recommendations and driving transformation initiatives. Venkat also held multiple roles at Swiggy, including Head of Revenue & Growth for Swiggy Dineout, achieving significant topline growth and optimizing customer experience. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Food++ and as an Associate at Kearney, focusing on supply chain transformation for global clients. Venkat holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BTech in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
