Jenny Roselyn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, customer service, and education. Currently serving as Training Manager for When I Work since May 2018, Jenny has held various roles within the company, including Training Support Specialist and Senior Customer Care Specialist. Previous experience includes managerial responsibilities at Tea Bar PDX and teaching positions at Seattle Public Schools, where Jenny taught Intro to Culinary Arts and Family and Consumer Science. Jenny's early career includes customer service roles at Starbucks and Stone Way Cafe, as well as a Residence Life Assistant position at Seattle Pacific University. Jenny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Secondary Education from Seattle Pacific University, earned in 2014.
