With a BA in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Rochester and an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Margo has a strong educational foundation. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at When I Work, Margo has held roles such as Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Software QA Analyst, and Senior Software Quality Assurance Consultant in their previous positions.
