Melissa Murphy, SPHR, has extensive experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. At When I Work, Melissa played a key role in transforming the Talent Acquisition discipline into a strategic function. Prior to that, Melissa oversaw all aspects of Human Resources at space150, where Melissa also co-led the creation of a Diversity and Inclusion initiative. Melissa's passion lies in finding the perfect match between individual career goals and the strategic needs of an organization. In addition to their HR roles, Melissa has experience in marketing and music supervision at In The Groove Music. Melissa holds a BA in Communication Studies with minors in Music and English.
