Francisca Salinas Castillo

Francisca Salinas Castillo has a diverse work experience. Francisca began their career as a Técnico informático at Sercobit Computación e Ingeniería, where they were responsible for repairing and assembling computers, as well as providing software and hardware support. Francisca then completed an internship as a Práctica de ingeniería informática at the Centro de Salud Familiar San Felipe El Real, Department of Informática, where they focused on documenting the Rayen system and learning Visual Basic .NET and C# programming languages.

Moving forward, Francisca joined the Ministry of the Environment as an Ingeniera Informática. In this role, they supported the development of the "Reporte del Estado del Medio Ambiente (REMA)" project, which aimed to create an annual report on environmental indicators and statistics. Francisca analyzed environmental data, processed and converted data from various environmental institutions, and created environmental indicators using the Sistema Integrador de Información Ambiental.

Continuing their work at the Ministry of the Environment, Francisca transitioned to the position of Ingeniera de Aseguramiento de Calidad (Quality Assurance). In this role, they focused on quality assurance for the "Registro Único de Emisiones Atmosféricas (RUEA)" project, funded by the World Bank. Francisca'sresponsibilities included conducting automated and manual testing, creating test templates and result reports, and coordinating group testing with internal project and establishment users.

As an independent freelancer, Francisca became an Autodidact Frontend Dev, where they further developed their skills in frontend development.

Francisca'smost recent work experience is as a Full Stack Developer at wherEX, where they are currently employed.

Francisca Salinas Castillo completed their education at Universidad de Playa Ancha from 2012 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering.

In addition to their degree, Francisca has obtained several certifications. In January 2020, they completed the course "JavaScript: ECMAScript 6 y todos sus detalles" from Udemy. In the same month, they also completed the "Curso de Desarrollo Web Online" and "Curso de React.JS" from Platzi. In November 2019, they acquired the certification for "JavaScript: de cero hasta los detalles" from Udemy. Furthermore, they obtained the "Responsive Web Design" certification from freeCodeCamp in April 2019.

Francisca has also completed several courses from Platzi in 2020. These courses include "Curso Básico de JavaScript" in April, "Curso de Frontend Developer" in April, "Curso de Animaciones para la Web" in March, and "Curso de Single Page Application con JavaScript Vanilla" in February.
