Fiona McElroy is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resource management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at We are whg since October 2021, Fiona has previously held roles such as HR Advisor and Assistant HR Business Partner at Midland Heart from March 2016 to September 2021. With additional experience as a HR Advisor at Voyage Care Ltd and a People Support (HR Assistant) at One Stop Stores Ltd, Fiona began their career in human resources as an HR Administrator and Recruitment Administrator at Voyage Care Ltd from November 2010 to August 2013. Fiona holds a PGDip in HRM (CIPD) with Merit from Coventry University and a 1st Class BA (Hons) in English & French from the University of Liverpool.
