Kayleigh T. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People Operations Manager and HR Business Partner at We are whg since December 2014. Prior experience includes roles as HR Advisor at G4S from August 2013 to December 2014, and at the National Offender Management Service from March 2010 to August 2013. Kayleigh began a career in HR as an HR Administrator at bdht from March 2009 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Heart of Worcestershire College, as well as a degree in Social Welfare from the University of Worcester.
