Kerrie Morris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and organizational development. Currently serving as Planning and Scheduling Operations Manager at whg since April 2022, Kerrie has also held roles in customer service and business change project management, reimagining customer service through the Vanguard Systems Thinking approach. Previously, Kerrie worked at Staffordshire County Council for nearly a decade, leading Systems Thinking interventions across various sectors, including local councils and the NHS. Additional consulting roles at South Staffordshire Council and Slimming World focused on service improvement and behavior change, respectively. Kerrie's career began at Wolverhampton City Council, where systems thinking was implemented in multiple service areas. Educationally, Kerrie holds a degree in Business and Finance from Staffordshire University.
