Kerrie Morris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and organizational development. Previously, Kerrie worked at Staffordshire County Council for nearly a decade, leading Systems Thinking interventions across various sectors, including local councils and the NHS. Additional consulting roles at South Staffordshire Council and Slimming World focused on service improvement and behavior change, respectively. Kerrie's career began at Wolverhampton City Council, where systems thinking was implemented in multiple service areas. Educationally, Kerrie holds a degree in Business and Finance from Staffordshire University.
