Rob Clews is a seasoned professional in customer service operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Customer Services Operations Manager at whg since April 2024, Rob previously held key positions including Heritage Customer Operations Manager at ReAssure and Force Contact Manager at West Midlands Police. Rob's background also includes significant roles at HomeServe, where innovative quality monitoring solutions were implemented, and at TK Maxx, managing a team of approximately 30 associates. Rob's educational foundation was established at Shire Oak GM School from 1996 to 2001.
