Ruth Green is an experienced professional in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Interim Customer Service & Response Planning Operations Manager at whg since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ruth was the Head of Contact Centre at Swansway Motor Group from May 2022 to March 2023. With a significant tenure at RAC from January 2001 to April 2022, Ruth held various managerial positions including General Manager - Specialist Operations and General Manager RAC Commercial, overseeing multiple contact centres with approximately 150 FTE. Earlier career experiences include roles as Radio Room Controller at MHS / Bell Fruit and PA to Site Manager at Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd, alongside a foundational position as Communications Analyst at C H Jones Ltd. Ruth's educational background includes attending St Thomas More RC Comprehensive School from 1989 to 1995.
