Harriet West

Harriet West is an experienced Client Relationship Manager currently working at Which? since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the Which? Endorsement Scheme and managing endorsement accounts. Previously, Harriet served as a Client Solutions Manager at Mumsnet, engaging in the full sales cycle for advertising campaigns, and held roles such as Brand Partnerships Executive and Intern. Additional experience includes assisting the Marketing, Education & Advocacy team at Alzheimer Society of BC, working as a Production Assistant at Chrome, and administrative roles at Uniting Church in Australia and NOSH Hospitality Personnel. Harriet’s early career involved launching the ‘Sparks’ loyalty card at Marks and Spencer and interning at Tangible Branding, where diverse clients included Diageo and Asda. Harriet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Leeds.
