Elba C.

Elba C. has extensive experience in product management and supply operations, currently serving as Product Management Director and previously in various leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation since January 2008. Elba has led regional project management for cost reduction and decarbonization initiatives and managed a diverse team of over 250 personnel in materials operations, logistics engineering, and production supervision. With a strong foundation in manufacturing and process improvement, Elba also has a solid academic background with an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University and a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
