Heloisa Granja Brown

Heloisa Granja Brown has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities include supporting the head of the Global Digital Center of Excellence, defining new roles, and creating strategic plans for digital talent acquisition. Previously, Heloisa held various senior HR management roles at Whirlpool from 2011 to 2020, focusing on organizational strategy, talent management, and driving people excellence initiatives. Heloisa began a career as a Web & New Medias Analyst at Médecins Sans Frontières from 2009 to 2011. Heloisa holds a Bachelor of Social Communication from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
