Tam M. Nguyen

Tam M. Nguyen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Services Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure at Whisker since 2025, Tam previously held the position of Director of Software Test Automation & Tools at Arlo Technologies, where leadership extended to global teams and automation initiatives. Experience includes managerial roles at TiVo, eGain Communications, and IBM, where contributions involved developing complex systems, implementing agile practices, and driving quality improvements. Tam has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Tulane University. Active in the engineering community, Tam co-chaired the Engineering Leadership SIG at SVForum, fostering collaboration among engineering leaders.
