As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I am providing therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I believe in meeting each client where they are with compassion, respect, and trauma-informed lens.  I incorporate evidence-based treatments including EMDR,  DBT, CBT, and the Safe and Sound Protocol.  I specialize in helping clients navigate the effects of trauma, Autism Level 1, ADHD, and substance use. Together, we will work to foster resilience, healing, and positive change in your life. My telehealth services cover Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wilmington, and throughout N.C. In person services provided in the Hendersonville, NC area.
