Justin Stewart has extensive experience in software engineering, with their most recent role being the Software Engineering Team Lead at Whistic since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Verisk as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2020 to March 2022. Justin also worked at LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc. as a Software Engineer from August 2010 to October 2020. Before that, they had a long tenure at Lockheed Martin, where they held various roles including Software Engineer Staff and Software Engineer Senior, working on projects such as the Biometric Analysis and Identification System (BAIS) and the Multimodal Biometrics Enterprise (MBE) R&D. Justin also gained experience at Lockheed Martin/ORINCON/Sygenex as a Senior Software Engineer working on the Prowler system, and at Aegis, Inc. as a Software Engineer working on the Networked Receiver Controller (NRC). Justin's early career includes roles at Citrix Systems, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked on projects such as the Java ICA Client and Citrix Management Console (CMC), and at Salt Lake County as a Microsystems Analyst, where they developed front-end database applications.
Justin Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah, which they attended from 1992 to 1998. Justin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.
