Maha Shalaby

Development Lead For Digital Sustainability Simulations at White Arkitekter

Maha Shalaby is an architect and environmental designer currently employed at White Arkitekter since June 2021, with prior experience as a Doctor Assistant at EPFL's LIPID lab in early 2021. From March 2016 to January 2021, Maha served as an architect, building performance analyst, and sustainability specialist at White Arkitekter. Previous roles include part-time architect at VELUX, general program coordinator and organizer at “MEGAWRA,” teaching assistant at The German University in Cairo, and various project coordination roles related to heritage and urban initiatives. Maha holds a Master’s Degree in Energy Efficiency and Environmental Building Design from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from The British University in Egypt.
