Currently serving as Vice President of HR at White Cap since April 2024, Maggie oversees HR Business Partners, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Talent Management for approximately 10,000 employees. Prior, Maggie held the position of Vice President and Head of People at Convoy Inc, where responsibilities included leading the HR function and Real Estate & Workplace for over 500 employees. With a strong foundation in HR strategy development and execution, previous roles include vice president positions at Anthem, Inc. and Fiserv, in addition to significant contributions at HD Supply and GE Healthcare. Maggie holds an MBA in Management & Human Resources from Indiana University and a BA in Psychology & Economics from Emory University.
