Patrick Sarch

Patrick Sarch is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Partner and Head of UK Public M&A at White & Case LLP since February 2024, Patrick previously held the position of Partner and Co-head of UK M&A at Hogan Lovells from March 2021 to February 2024. Prior to that, Patrick was a Partner at White & Case LLP from January 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included co-heading the Corporate group in London and the Global Financial Institutions Group. Patrick's career began at Clifford Chance, where tenure lasted from 2001 to December 2016 as a Partner. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking & International Finance (Hons) from City University Business School and received foundational education at Rugby.
