Rebecca Jacobs

Rebecca Jacobs, Esq., SHRM-SCP serves as Corporate Counsel at White Castle since July 2024 and holds the position of Vice President, College Relations at the HRACO Human Resources Association of Central Ohio since September 2022. Previously, Rebecca was General Counsel and Director of the Columbus Office at MRA - The Management Association, following its prior identity as Employers Resource Association, from January 2020 to July 2024. Rebecca has also contributed as a Lecturer at The Ohio State University from January 2006 to May 2022, teaching courses on employment practices and law. Early career experience includes roles as an Attorney at Ulmer & Berne LLP and Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
