Amy McCarthy

Amy McCarthy, LDSS, serves as the Senior Talent Development Program Manager at White Lodging Services since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing Leadership Development programs and training initiatives. Previous roles at White Lodging from July 2014 to August 2020 encompass Talent Development Senior Program Manager, Senior Talent Development Manager, Talent Development Manager, and Talent and Development Coordinator, all focused on training and development strategy. Prior to White Lodging, Amy McCarthy held supervisory and training roles at Best Buy and worked as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry. Additionally, experience includes managing the automation of a school library at Trinity Lutheran Church and School. Amy McCarthy obtained education from the College of DuPage and the University of Illinois at Chicago.
