Maggie Russell

Maggie Russell (Marchesky), SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Area Director of Human Resources at White Lodging since March 2015, where responsibilities include leading the Human Resources team, enhancing staffing and retention, and protecting company assets. With a robust background in human resources, Russell has held various roles within White Lodging, including Task Force HR Business Partner, Market Director of Human Resources for the downtown Chicago area, Senior Cluster Human Resources Manager, and Bench Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Waterton and Human Resources Manager at White Lodging Services. Russell began a career in human resources with Marriott International, where responsibilities included supporting leadership on HR issues. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Northern Arizona University, along with a PHR Certification from DePaul University.
