Florian Ilia

Florian Ilia is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software engineering, e-learning, and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of White Sand SRL since September 2018, Florian manages various projects while previously co-founding Data Dive Software, where significant advancements in product optimization for Amazon sellers were achieved. Prior roles include Senior VP of Engineering and Operations at Crossover for Work, where support for enterprise software products was enhanced, and co-founding Wand.education, contributing leadership to innovative educational initiatives. With a solid foundation as President and CEO of SIVECO Romania, Florian oversaw various strategic developments and international projects throughout a notable career that began with academic programming at the University of Bucharest, culminating in an MSc in Computer Science.
