Rebecca Kong

Rebecca Kong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal compliance, currently serving as Company Secretary and General Counsel at White Stuff since 2008. In this role, Rebecca advises the Board and Executive Directors on current and emerging legislation, compliance, and governance matters, and possesses expertise in mergers and acquisitions within both public limited companies and founder-led businesses. Prior to White Stuff, Rebecca held various positions including Head of Finance at IRIS Software Group, Assistant Company Secretary at Ottakar's plc, Company Secretary at Harvey Nichols, and Internal Audit Manager at Robson Rhodes, where foundational auditing skills were developed as a Trainee Auditor.
