As Chief Executive Officer of Essence Consulting Asia since July 2013, Gavin has showcased leadership and expertise in the sector. Previously, as Co-Founder of SYNC Audiovisual Consulting from November 2013 to July 2018, Gavin contributed significantly to the company's growth. Additional roles include President of Engineering and Vice President at ESCO, as well as an Associate and AV Consultant at Hewshott International. Gavin began their career as Director at Blue Lizard Media Ltd, and holds a Higher National Certificate and a National Certificate in Audio Visual Technology from Stevenson College Edinburgh.
