Josh Elcik

Josh Elcik is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Whittier Trust Company since June 2025, Elcik previously held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Technology at EVgo from October 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included developing IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cybersecurity. Prior to EVgo, Elcik was the Vice President of Global Production Technology at VUBIQUITY, leading the globalization of the technology department and establishing a comprehensive technology roadmap. Elcik also served as Interim CIO for Governance, Risk, and Compliance at a confidential company, where infrastructure analysis and technology roadmaps were key focuses. Earlier in the career, Elcik was the Vice President of Technology at DEFY Media and the Director of Technology at 4Service Inc. Josh Elcik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, earned in 2004.
