Opeyemi Awoyemi

Opeyemi Awoyemi is a seasoned venture investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and supporting technology-driven companies across Africa. Currently, Opeyemi serves as a General Partner at Fast Forward Venture Studio, focusing on empowering African founders, and as an Evangelist at OlaCV. Opeyemi has invested in over 40 ventures, either directly or through various venture funds, and holds the position of Innovator In Residence at the Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship at MIT. Additionally, Opeyemi is a Non-Executive Director at Mutual Benefits Life Assurance and has co-founded companies such as Jobberman Nigeria and Moneymie, contributing to the growth of the digital landscape in Africa. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
