Monoj's career began at Perfetti Van Melle as Branch Manager and included roles at Reckitt Benckiser and SC Johnson in sales and operations. Monoj holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
