Heather Stern

Heather Stern serves as the Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Whole Foods Market, a position held since April 2017. Prior to this role, Heather was an Attorney at Office Depot from November 2005 to April 2017 and practiced at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from 2003 to 2004. Heather gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta from 2002 to 2003. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Georgia School of Law, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Purdue University, completed in 1992.
