Lois Mayer

Lois Mayer is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Whole Foods Market since March 2020. Previously, Lois was a Partner at Nielsen & Mayer, PLLC from September 2008 to 2020, representing clients in diverse commercial transactions, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations. Prior to that, Lois worked as Program Attorney & Program Director at the Texas Municipal Courts Education Center from April 2006 to October 2008, where responsibilities included developing educational curricula, facilitating legal updates, and drafting legislation for the judiciary. Lois holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from The University of Texas at Austin.
