Robert Johansen

Robert Johansen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the VP of Software at WHOOP since July 2017, Robert leads the Platform organization, focusing on enabling engineers to achieve rapid development while ensuring product excellence. Previous roles at WHOOP include Senior Director of Software and Director of Platform (Infrastructure). Prior to WHOOP, Robert co-founded Zeal Technology Inc., where a commitment to improving corporate culture guided the mission. Additional experience includes positions at Crescendo Content Marketing, Percussion Software, and internships at AccuRev and MetraTech Corp. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
