Craig Kennedy

Craig Kennedy serves as the Head of HR - Colleague Experience at Whyte & Mackay, overseeing essential people elements throughout the colleague lifecycle. In addition, Craig holds the position of Operating Board Member with the Scottish HR Leadership Group, contributing to a community of senior HR practitioners in Scotland. With a rich background at The HEINEKEN Company, Craig has held various roles, including Head of Talent Acquisition, where leadership during a transformative period involved enhancing candidate experiences and filling 500 roles in a single year. Previous experience includes HR roles at Balfour Beatty, Gatwick Airport, and AG Barr. Craig earned a BA Honours in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde.
