Khadijah Templier

Khadijah Templier, MSW, RCSWI, serves as the Program Manager for Technical Assistance at LIFT, Inc., where responsibilities include building relationships with partner organizations and designing tailored programming to integrate LIFT’s coaching model. As the founder of Cloud Zen Studio since May 2018, Khadijah has enhanced project operations for startups across the U.S. Previous roles include serving as the Social Media Manager at KIPP Miami Courage Academy, where Khadijah increased online brand awareness by 36%, and as the Founding Social Worker at KIPP Miami, leading initiatives that significantly improved student culture and emotional learning. Additional experience includes a Social Services Intern at Pace Center for Girls, a Lead Teacher at KIPP DC, and participation in Teach For America. Khadijah holds a Master of Social Work from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
