Chuck Marsh

Chuck Marsh is a seasoned professional in donor relations and communications with extensive experience spanning multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Donor Relations Officer at WHYY since August 2019, Chuck engages with donors throughout the development cycle, employing a permission-based asking model to meet annual revenue targets. Prior to this role, Chuck worked as an Independent Communications Consultant with Communications Counsel, Inc., providing media and crisis communications for various clients. From 2003 to 2018, Chuck held the position of Director of University Relations and Marketing at Penn State Abington, advising senior leadership and managing community relations. Earlier in Chuck's career, from 1994 to 2003, Chuck was the District Office Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania Representative Roy W. Cornell, overseeing workflow and representing the legislator at events. Chuck holds a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Moravian University.
